This calavera is adorned with quite the array of colors, its eyes filled with gems. Aunt Matilda is a very free flowing person, and was never one to look down on other peoples beliefs. She has this from her time in Mexico during a period where she was lucky enough to participate in Día de Muertos, or Day of the Dead. She purchased it and a handful of other items from vendors in the area to support the locals as she celebrated with everyone, which in itself is its own type of adventure if you ask me.
