Return Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original condition and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
We will refund your purchase less shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
For online orders both shipped and picked up in-store, a 20% restocking fee may be applied to your return.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Please keep the receipt, and please be careful with fragile items such as canes, because the return is only valid if the product is in new and unused condition.
