Shipping policy

Shipments are delivered via the method selected at checkout or an upgraded method per our discretion.  

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We do our best to ship all orders within one business day. UPS is our preferred carrier, limiting our shipping service to weekdays that are not legal holidays. The average domestic delivery is 3-5 days.

We are not currently experiencing shipping delays. If we do so, we will notify you here.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Our shipping rates are determined by the estimated cost of shipping via UPS plus $1 to cover handling. 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipping confirmation will be delivered via email to the email address you provided during checkout. Order tracking will be provided when possible.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Aunt Matilda's Steampunk Trunk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Please note that the buyer is responsible to pay any VAT or other custom fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

 

Damages

Aunt Matilda's Steampunk Trunk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

Most orders leave the Steampunk Trunk within 24 hours, however, I can not be responsible for the length of time it takes the post to deliver your package especially on international orders. Please note that the buyer is responsible to pay any VAT or other custom fees. Tracking is not available once the items leave the United States.

 

Returns Policy

Please contact me within: 7 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
The following items can't be returned because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refund will not be issued until the product is retrned and inspected.
